By accessing or using bcpnexus.com (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. The Website is operated by BCP Nexus LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, USA ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply together with our Privacy policy and Cookie notice.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website presents BCP Nexus LLC and the online shops we operate, and provides links to them. It is an information hub. Purchases are not made on this Website: they are made on the shops' own websites or marketplaces, and are governed by the terms of sale and the shipping, return and refund policies of the shop concerned. 3. Who may use the Website
The Website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

These terms, together with the Privacy policy and the Cookie notice, are the entire agreement between you and BCP Nexus LLC regarding the Website. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
